This grand modern house is built in a 10 acre estate in the Devon countryside.
Built in 1990 by the current owners, the house has four large bedrooms as well as a self-contained apartment above the garages. Inside you will find a grand drawing room, bar room, wine cellar and a separate leisure complex including an indoor swimming pool and gym. Outside, the landscaped 10 acres includes a three hold golf course and sweeping driveway. Included in the prize is a Rolls Royce, fully stocked wine cellar, furniture and even two staff to maintain the place for the first year.
The competition involves answering just one question, with 20% of the prize fund also going to a long list of worthy charities. Half a million ticket sales will be a challenge, but with good publicity this looks like a good possibility.
