The competition is aimed at supporting the Severn Hospice by iving 10% of the proceeds to them with a target of £100,000. Beware that if you already own a property then you would be liable to pay the second home additional stamp duty since this is not included in the prize.
This competition follows on from the recent successful competition which gave away a Shropshire house in February this year.
