This glass-fronted property is set into the hillside near the beaches on the north coast of Devon.

The house is designed to maximise the views over the sea by having glass fronts to every room as well as easy access to the terraces and infinity swimming pool. There are a total of five bedrooms and two living areas along with an open plan kitchen with sliding doors giving access to the pool and BBQ terrace. All furniture and fittings shown are included in the prize. It is located near the village of Combe Martin with Barnstaple being the nearest major town.

The competition is being run by the same company which has recently given away a London townhouse.
