This house was formerly the water tower for the private estate where it is located just 200m from the beach on the south coast.
Inside, the house has four bedrooms including access to a balcony. Above those on the third floor is the unique "observatory" room giving panoramic views in all directions over the sea, South Downs and local towns. The house is known as "Painter’s Keep" and is located at the end of its own private drive, gardens and patio.
There is q question to answer before being able to enter the competition as usual. The competition also supports two charities, hoping to raise at least £150,000 to support St Barnabas House hospice and Chestnut Tree House children’s hospice.
